Shipping Policy

  1. We will ship your parcel to the delivery address you indicated at the time of booking orders.
  2. If an item is listed on our website as “in stock” the process of placing your order and the date when the courier delivers your parcel to the determined delivery address, is subject to 2 factors.
  3. The shipping time (within 3 working days), after receipt of payment.
  4. Dispatch details will be sent by SMS with tracking ID. You can track your order and know the status of material by login tracking ID.
  5. All process are indicated in working days.
  6. Your parcel will be prepared for shipment once your payment is processed and received correctly. Your parcel will shipped using surface transport.
  7. Ground transport: The items will be delivered to you in 7-10 working days after the shipment is done.(subject to buyers destination address from company) We indicate all process times in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. If any reason, the processing time is exceeded, we will inform you about the situation and propose an alternative solution.
